Zorpas Rent a Car Ltd was established in May 1976 in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The company is entirely owned by the STAVROU family and has been founded having as its sole occupation the renting of cars in Cyprus.
Support is provided at two levels, Support & Priority Line.
The philosophy of our company is to provide essential support for our customers regardless of the hosting services. Effective customer support is our top priority and we try to always adapt to the needs of our customer base.
The quality of technical support is exactly the same in both support levels. The main difference lies solely in the service time where Priority Line takes precedence.
Requests that are considered critical to the company and related to the reliability of the service are served on a priority basis, regardless of the list to which they are assigned. All messages are evaluated upon receipt by company staff, so critical messages are prioritized and viewed as soon as possible.
Our Care Pack is offered as either Care Pack 1 or Care Pack 2 .
Care Pack 2 , includes everything included in Care Pack 1 plus our premium security, maintenance and control offering. It also includes all the features of Care Pack 1 along with additional levels of flexibility, autonomy and security for all management functionality. Typically, medium to large enterprises prefer this package as it offers a full control overlay of the services and tools of a dynamic web structure. This is the main reason Care Pack 2 became available.

Priority in matters of maintenance and safety checks.

Our Care Pack is offered as either Care Pack 1 or Care Pack 2 .
The Care Pack 1 package includes all the security, management and control services required for the optimized operation of a server environment. In addition, we provide email controllers, server mailboxes, forwarders, email filters and general control mechanisms to guarantee the flow of files and data in and out to prevent security breaches. An advanced level of security is implemented to ensure the highest level of encryption protocols, monitoring and cleaning tools.
