Search engines show two categories of results. The so-called organic results and paid ads.
Ranking in organic results is done automatically by the search engines and depends on a lot of factors that have to do with the content and structure (on a technical / construction level) of the site.
When it comes to paid advertising, there are two main types. Paid impressions on Search Engines and advertising on other sites with so-called Display Ads
Search engine ads are about displaying a creative in searches for the terms we set.
E.g. we choose to display ads when one searches for “Cyprus car accessories” but not to appear when searching for “Cyprus accessories”.
It is seen by someone who is already looking for you or your products and is already a potential customer. This form of advertising has immediate results when it comes to visits to your site or phone calls and e-mails from people interested in becoming customers.
Internet site ads are about displaying text ads or banners on specific topic sites or more generally sites that occasionally display content relevant to what we advertise.
This form of advertising is more (but not only) appropriate for branding.
To familiarize the public with the brand, create a consumer trend, etc.
