Support is provided at two levels, Support & Priority Line.
The philosophy of our company is to provide essential support for our customers regardless of the hosting services. Effective customer support is our top priority and we try to always adapt to the needs of our customer base.
The quality of technical support is exactly the same in both support levels. The main difference lies solely in the service time where Priority Line takes precedence.
Requests that are considered critical to the company and related to the reliability of the service are served on a priority basis, regardless of the list to which they are assigned. All messages are evaluated upon receipt by company staff, so critical messages are prioritized and viewed as soon as possible.
