Support is provided on two levels, Support & Priority Line.
Our company’s philosophy is to provide substantial support to its customers regardless of the hosting services. Effective customer support is our top priority and we try to adapt it periodically to the needs of our customer base.
The quality of technical support is exactly the same at both levels of support. The difference lies solely in the service line where the Priority Line service has a lead.
Requests that are considered critical to the company and relate to the reliability of the service are served as a matter of priority, regardless of the list to which they are assigned. All emails are evaluated upon receipt by the company’s staff, so critical emails take precedence and are served as soon as possible.
